Connect DigitalHQ Email to Outlook (Desktop)¶

You can connect your DigitalHQ email account to Microsoft Outlook using IMAP or POP.

Requirements¶

• Outlook 2019, 2021, or Microsoft 365
• Your email credentials

Step 1: Open Account Settings¶

• Open Outlook
• Go to File → Add Account

Step 2: Enter Your Email¶

Type your full email address (e.g., name@yourdomain.com) and click Connect.

Step 3: Configure Manually (if prompted)¶

Choose IMAP and enter the following:

Setting	Value
Incoming mail server	mail.digitalhq.in
Port	993
Encryption	SSL/TLS
Outgoing mail server	smtp.digitalhq.in
Port	465
Encryption	SSL/TLS

Click Next, enter your password, and click Connect.

Step 4: Test and Finish¶

Outlook will test the connection. Once successful, click Done.
